The tastiest part of Mora Romagnola (which is fresh and light because it is rich in unsaturated fats), Lard  is a mouth-watering delicacy which melts in your mouth.

We propose a flavoured “spreadable” version which is best served with garlic bread and toasted bread, used to enrich sauces and fillings and served with grilled meat (steaks or fillets). An original recipe suggests you should use it to season pasta: cook some small “Pachino” tomatoes together with a little onion (or scallion); add pasta and lard. You will have the opportunity to taste a real gourmet speciality.
