Produced in a very limited quantity, this jam is a tasty mixture of fresh blackberries and scented Lavender flowers. Both ingredients are grown according to the principles of organic farming without the employment of fertilizers and pesticides.

Characterized by a good texture, it goes well with mature cheeses and is best served at breakfast and with homemade cakes.
